Juvenile Away Trip Forms

Organising club activities including away trips (day and overnight) for underage players is governed by Section 9 of the GAA Code of Behaviour (Underage) which can be viewed above. Cuala advises that all adults involved in organising or participating in trips for underage players familiarize themselves with this guidance. Please follow the procedure for organising away trips as outlined in the ‘Juvenile Away Trip Coach Information and Form’ below.

Coaching Team Lead Application Form to be completed for minor and adult team management positions and submitted to Club Secretary, secretary.cuala.dublin@gaa.ie and Section Chair. All positions to be advertised on the club website and social media channels. Section Chairs / Secretaries to notify office@cualagaa.ie and pro@cualagaa.ie of all vacancies so they can be advertised.
  • When a team manager steps down, the position must then be advertised.
  • The position must be advertised on the club website and on club social media channels.
  • The club application form must be used in all instances.
  • Applications must be submitted to the club secretary who will in turn send to the interview panel.
  • Candidates will then be invited for interviews.
  • Interview panel will consist of Section Chair, Coaching Officer and/or representative from Coaching Forum.
  • All relevant documents will be retained by the club secretary

All accidents and injuries must be reported internally in the club via the Cuala Accident Injury Report Form below. Please return completed form to secretary.cuala.dublin@gaa.ie and also to childrensofficer.cuala.dublin@gaa.ie if the injured party is under 18 years of age. Please note that this is for internal reporting only and does not constitute any application for player injury funds, details of which can be found below.
