About Juvenile Boys / Faoi Bhuachaillí Óga

Our Juvenile Boys section caters for boys from ages U10 to U16. Our aim is to provide our players with a safe and positive environment in which they can enjoy and learn gaelic games, be challenged to reach their sporting potential, and make friends and have fun as they do so. New players are always welcome, no matter how inexperienced or accomplished.

We field teams in football and hurling Go Game competitions up to U12, and in League and Championship competitions from U13. Within the club, we run seasonal Advanced Hurling and Football camps for our juvenile boys to progress their skills and have fun during school holidays.

The success of our Juvenile Boys section is dependent on the enthusiastic participation of parents/guardians in coaching, mentoring and other volunteer roles, and we always encourage parents/guardians to get involved. All our volunteers are Garda vetted and have taken child protection and coaching courses appropriate to their age group. Juvenile boys are represented on the Club Executive by the Juvenile Boys Chairperson whose current details are listed below.

If your son is interested in joining, contact the lead coach/mentor at the appropriate age group for them from the contact page (link below).
