| Motion 1 | That Manus Brady & Co be appointed as Independent Auditor in respect of the Financial Accounts for the year 2011.

| Motion 2 | That Bye Law 9, governing Rates of Annual Subscriptions, be replaced with the following –
“9.1 In accordance with Rule C (1) of the Club, the Rates of Annual Subscriptions for the year 2011 shall be – 9.2. That a Family Annual Subscription may, by arrangement made before 1st Mar 2011, be paid in up to three equal instalments payable between 1 Feb 2011 and 30 Apr 2011.9.3. The implementation of the arrangement described in 9.2 shall be deemed to fulfil the requirement for Annual Subscriptions to be paid before 1 Mar 2011. 9.4 2011 Annual Subscriptions paid prior to this bye law coming into effect shall be regarded a fully paid.” Proposed by: Seamus Coyle Seconded by: Michael Goodwin
