Strategic Plan
An Uachtarán CLG Ó Fearghaill launched Cuala’s 5-year Strategic Plan (2018-2022) on the 28th November 2017.
The Plan is a blueprint for how all sections of the Club need to work together and harness their energies so as to meet the undoubted challenges which lay ahead and, in particular, to ensure that Cuala CLG continues to thrive at Football, Hurling, Ladies Football and Camogie well into the future.

The 2023 to 2027 Strategic Plan
Consultation occurred with members earlier this year for our 2023 to 2027 strategic plan. This website is being re-developed and details of this plan will feature on the new website. In summary, pillars for the new Strategy have been folded from the previous Strategy’s six to four focussed pillars which build on previous work. These pillars are:
- Coaching and Games Development
- Club Infrastructure.
- Communications
- Structure, Management and Governance
