The 2011 AGM will be held in the Hall on Thursday 8th December at 19:30 p.m.
The Meeting is open to all “Full Adult” members who were fully paid-up before 1 Mar 2010. A full list of eligible members is posted on the Club Noticeboard and on this site. Official Notifications of the meeting will be posted to eligible members later in the week. If you paid before the 1st March deadline but dont recieve a written notification, please alert the Club Registrar at cualagaa.registrar@gmail.com
The Closing Date for Receipt of Nominations and Motions is Thursday 24th Nov 2011.
Forms for Motions and Nominations (Election of Coiste) can be downloaded from the AGM Page or are available from the Cuala Office.
2011 Agenda, Nominations and Motions will be Published On-Line
Details of Motions and Nominations received will be published along with the full Agenda on the Club Notice Board, on this Page and in Cuala Weekly News. As a cost saving measure, we will NOT be routinely mailing the Agenda to members’ homes; but if any eligible member has a preference for receiving a paper version, they can contact the Cuala Office to arrange it.
