The Ladies Minor C Football Team, rounded off the year with a victory against St Brigids in their Shield Final on Saturday morning. St Brigids played with the wind in the first half and were 3 points up at one stage but the teams went in level at half time as we scored a vital goal on the stroke of half-time. Cuala worked their socks off in the second half and the never say die attitude ultimately resulted in a 2-5 to 4 point victory. It was a fitting end to a season where the team won both the League and the Shield. The Minors had brilliant support all year from the U16 girls, and Sophie, Jen, Meadhbh, Sunni and Claire from the Adult Ladies worked their own miracles from the sidelines. A brilliant end to a great football year.

We wish all the minor girls moving to the Adult teams the very best of luck. The 09 girls will be joined by the 2010 girls for the 2027 Minor year. We wish the 2027 Minor teams the very best for the coming year
