We are very saddened to learn of the passing of Eoin Ó Cinnéide, after a short illness. The whole family are involved in Cuala and Eoin will be greatly missed. Eoin coached the 2012 boys and his wife Joan is a mentor in the girls minor group. Eoin was the loving dad of Aoife, Cormac and Dara – all Cuala players.

Eoin was an integral part of the 2012 boys group. He was an ever present at all training sessions, matches and social outings. His kindness and friendship will be sorely missed by everyone involved in the group. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, and his positive demeanour and friendly manner made everyone proud to call him a friend.

We are heartbroken for Joan, Aoife, Cormac and Dara. Eoin leaves a lasting legacy in Cuala with both the parents and kids alike. The whole Cuala community mourns the passing of one of our own.
