A new vetting validation process has been introduced by the National Garda Vetting Bureau for all organisations that engage in activities that involve U18 year olds. As of the 26th August 2025, all Cuala applicants will now be required to attend a ‘Face-to-Face’ ID Document Validation Session with the Club’s Children’s Officer as part of their vetting application.

A Document Validation Session with the Children’s Officer will take place on the following date:

• Thursday 19th March between 6.30pm-7.30pm upstairs in the Cuala Clubhouse, Hyde Park, Dalkey.

If you need to make a new vetting application, or,  renew a vetting which is due to expire within the next 4-6 weeks, please follow the steps outlined on the website below to prepare your documents correctly prior to attending the document validation session:

• Paperwork for proof of ID and proof of Address is not acceptable on your phone must be the original paperwork
