This is a fantastic 12-month leadership programme open to all women in the club aged 18+, regardless of playing code, role, or membership status.

The programme is run across all Gaelic Games associations and blends face-to-face sessions and online modules. Ideal for anyone interested in leadership, whether through coaching, officiating, administration, PR/media, or volunteering.
