Today Cuala is launching its ‘Pitch in for Cuala‘ fundraising campaign to help purchase Cuala’s first pitch.
As many of you may know, Cuala has secured a landmark opportunity to acquire sports grounds in Glenamuck, Carrickmines from Bective Rangers FC. The purchase of this site received overwhelming support from Cuala members at the recent SGM. With a growing membership and the current challenges and costs associated with pitch access, we must plan for the future.
Our vision is that the acquisition and development of this site will provide first-class training and match facilities for Cuala members for generations to come.
But first we need to raise funds to complete the purchase.
Our goal with ‘Pitch in for Cuala’ is to raise a minimum of €1M through club fundraising towards the purchase cost.
Our fundraising strategy involves 3 strands:
- Voluntary donations from Cuala members and friends
- Fundraising events (more information coming soon!)
- Continued support of the club lotto.
We have established a range of donation packages to suit different budgets. We hope as many members as possible can give what they can, be that a small donation or a larger pledge.
