A group of Cuala U10 girls travelled to St. Lomans Mullingar on Saturday today to play in the club’s sixth annual LGFA U10 Leinster blitz. Some 24 teams from 18 clubs across seven counties took part in the event, with all games played by each team against teams from another county, adding to the novelty of the event. In total more than 350 girls played in the blitz. Refreshments were provided in the St. Lomans clubhouse, including a tuck shop and cake sale run by the St. Lomans senior ladies team who are current Westmeath County Champions. A huge thanks to all the organisers especially our hosts St. Lomans.
