Below is some information on Timmy and the workshop.

Please note that players can only attend their own team’s workshop.

“Timmy works as an Athletic Performance Coach. He has a Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Waterford Institute of Technology and has assisted a number of intercounty and club teams, including the Cuala senior hurlers. His greatest sporting achievement was winning an All-Ireland senior hurling medal with Tipperary in 2010. When working with young people Timmy combines his experiences in both the non-profit and sporting environments, to create workshops which focus on well-being, belonging, values and community. The workshops involve a mixture of small and group work, and will allow the participants to get to know each other in a more meaningful sense, along with having a greater understanding of what well-being is to them on a daily basis”
