As all of Cuala get behind Michael Fitzsimons and the Boys in Blue this weekend, Chairman Peadar McAdam & Treasurer Seamus Coyle ran into former GAA President Jack Boothman at the Burlington.
They used the opportunity to advise the Wicklow dignatary that he was about to be relieved of a unique title – the last GAA President to present a Sam Maguire trophy to a Dublin captain. We think the Blessington man will be relieved.
We’ll know if they succeeded on Sunday.
Up the Dubs.
