Two of Cuala’s brightest stars will sit out the Dublin hurlers historic semi-final against All-Ireland champions Tipperary this Sunday through injury.

Dublin senior hurlers have been hit with their latest injury woe with forward David Treacy ruled out of Sunday’s All-Ireland SHC semi-final against Tipperary (3.30) owing to a hamstring injury.
The Cuala man has had an injury blighted last two seasons – last year suffering a cruciate knee injury before the All-Ireland U21HC semi-final and repetitive hamstring injuries this year.

Oisín Gough is another Dublin senior hurler to fall foul of the injury hex.
The Cuala defender suffered a broken bone in his hand during a recent training session and has been ruled out of contention for Sunday’s All-Ireland SHC semi-final against reigning All-Ireland champions, Tipperary, in Croke Park.

Everyone in  Cuala would like to wish the two lads a speedy recovery and hope to see them back in the Cuala jersey soon as we continue our challenge for promotion to AHL1 and the Dublin Senior Hurling Championship.
