Well Done to the U15’s who completed an historic Double by adding the Hurling Championship to Football Championship victory last Sunday in Parnell Park when they bet a very strong Na Fianna side 4-10 to 3-9. It was a hard fought win the Cuala lads coming from behind in the last 10 mins to secure the victory. Na Fianna showed great sportsmanship when they applauded the Cuala team down from the Stand with the Cup and the Na Fianna Captain later entered the Cuala dressing room to congratulate the team, a lesson for us all on how to be gracious in defeat! Photo’s of the final are in the Cuala Gallary at this link http://picasaweb.google.com/CualaGAA/U15HurlingChampionshipFinal2010 .
Next Sunday the U15 Footballers are away to St. Vincents in the league. If the lads can win their last 3 matches they will add the football league to their Double Championship victories!

Hard luck to the minor hurlers whose good Championship run came to an end as they were beaten by Faughs in the final on Sunday.

The 2010 AGM will be held on Thursday the 2nd of December at 7.30pm

Hard luck also the U21 hurlers who were well beaten by St. Judes in the first round of the championship. With many established players injured it was always going to be tough to repeat last years fantastic U21 double.

Good luck to the U21 footballers who hopefully will have a better run.

The Senior footballers were also beaten by Ballymore Eustace in Intermediate Leinster club championship.
