Good luck to the girls from various age groups who are playing for local schools in C na mBunscoil finals in Croke Pk on Tuesday and Wednesday next. The Juvenile Girls section will be very well represented with players on the Scoil Lorcan, Guardian Angels and Johnstown teams. Enjoy the experience girls.

The 2001 Juvenile boys will have Cuala Christmas Trees for sale on Saturday 11th December at Hyde Road from 9am and Sunday from 11am. We plan to have a few stands and holly for sale too. “Santa Loves a Cuala Christmas Tree” ‘Tis the season… for a juvenile mentors and parents get together at Cuala on Friday December 3rd from 9pm till late! There will be food for all served at 10pm sharp. All those who completed the recent Level 1 coaching course will be presented with their certificates on the night. This is a great opportunity to celebrate the year gone by and socialise with those who, like you, play such a part in making Cuala the great club it is.

Thank you once again to Michael at Grandstand Sports in Dun Laoghaire, who presented vouchers worth €560 to the Juvenile Boys teams this week. If you are buying sports gear that is not available from the club shop please visit Grandstand Sports and let them know you are from Cuala. Michael will then donate back 10 per cent of what you spend. A great and valuable gesture from a great supporter of the club.

Minor B footballers were beaten 2-11 to 2-5 by Fingal Ravens in the semi final of their league in Rolestown last Sunday morning. Despite the loss, it was a very good showing by Cuala with superb performances from Owen Collopy, Donal Ennis, Andrew Brady, Gregor Egan and especially by the two under 16s Dylan Kennedy and David McMahon.

Congratulations to the Cuala team of Michael Og O’Gralaigh, Cliona Nic Caba,Conal O’Ceallaigh, Nessa Lahert and Jack Lahert, winnersof the Scor na nOg Grupa traidisunta Craobh Baile Atha Cliath, they now advance to the Leinster semi finals in December. The defibrillator training of Mentors continues under the expert tutelage of Zeta and Michelle.
