Hello Cuala Patrons

With the current pitch conditions, not much in the way of games or news over the  last week. Well done to all those who braved the weather and attended the Easter Camps:

  • On Sunday last the Under 12 girls (2001s) had two Football teams playing away to Castleknock. The girls performed excellently in both matches. The 2001 girls are always looking to recruit new players to play either Football, Camogie or both. For info contact 087 2238363.
  • Senior footballers beaten by Round Towers in a Cup game last Saturday by2 points. Tight game that went to the wire that was eventually won by a physically stronger Towers team. Good performances by John Fitzsimons and Alex Brock. The McKenna brothers Jack and Colman also featured prominently. A challenge match against UCD on Monday in preparation forthe forthcoming Senior Championship saw us getting a serious trimming at the hands of the students. Ryan Scollard, our recent recruit,  played well as did John Fitzsimons. John is enjoying a rich vein of form.
