He thanked everyone that agreed to be part of this new executive – which is representative of Club members, business leaders from within the local community and some individuals from other sporting organisations – that will drive the strategic planning process.
The following areas will be embraced in this Plan:
- Review of Facilities and our requirements for the future
- Communications
- Organisational structures and Governance
- Finance
- Resources for Coaching & Games Development

In developing the club’s strategy for the future all of the sections within the club will be provided with the opportunity to feed into the process – either through focus groups, surveys and direct communication with the various sub-groups involved.
Full contact details and membership of the sub-groups will be available over the coming days and will be notified via the website & newsletter.
