“Building a coaching world, creating a learning environment: The principles”

The talk is based on a child centered philosophy and approach and has emerged from Paul’s book “Coaching Children in Sport”, which former National Director of Hurling Paudie Butler described as “This is the best tool in the world, of any sport, of any time, ever written….this is the finest thing”.
