Cuala Ladies are inviting new and past members back to the team.
We are doing 4 weeks of fitness/ bootcamp run by Barry in the hall in Hyde Rd on Monday nights starting on Monday the 22nd from 9-10pm.
Football training continues on Wednesdays from 8.50-10pm in Stepaside.
We are going to continue football training until the middle of December and need ALL the ladies to support it.
All players and all fitness levels welcome and encouraged! This is all about increasing fitness levels and encouraging ladies back to the team.
