Following a titanic battle last St Patrick’s Day in Croke Pk, the Cuala Senior Hurlers travel to O’Moore Pk. Portlaoise next Sat, 24th March, to once again meet the challenge of Na Piarsaigh from Limerick. It cannot be overstated, the importance of the support to this fantastic team of players, so rather in trying to do so, I will leave to it to the words of one of Cuala’s most faithful stalwarts…
“As a club, we all need to band together now, as best we can, to be that “16th man” and help get our Senior Hurlers over the line next Sat. We are more than onlookers, that is OUR club out there on that pitch! The Cuala Ultras are great, but we, “The Cuala Oldtras”, need to get behind them in one great voice and give this team the best possible support that those sons and heroes of our great club deserve. We need to drum up the support like never before in a way that’ll unite us all, fire everyone up so that the lads will hear us throughout the entire game. The Red Army, on the march like never before! #Cuala Abú”
