Cuala has been made aware of bogus door-to-door collectors presenting as fundraisers for a local sports club – though not, as far as we know, for Cuala. They are believed to have sought funds, without authority, on behalf of Seapoint RC. None of Cuala’s current fundraising activities involves domestic door-to-door collections. Any legitimate campaigns will be highlighted on this site along with an official contact. If any member encounters a fundraiser that causes them concern, they are advised to check with the relevant Club or Charity or with your local Garda station.
