Please note that the members AGM has been re-scheduled to Thursday 14th Dec, for 8.00 in the Royal Marine Hotel. This change is to facilitate the launch of the club’s new strategic document ‘Strategy 2018-2022‘ on the 29th November and its dissemination to members.
An Coiste, see this as an extremely important stage in the Club’s future and therefore more time should be provided for members to reflect on the goals set out in the plan.
Attendance: Open to “Full ” members who’s Annual Subscriptions were paid before 1 Mar 2017. Members can check their individual membership details via their MyClubFinances account – any queries should be made via the club Registrar (registrar@cualagaa.ie).
Notification: Official Notifications of the meeting are being posted to eligible members – the contact email provided at time of registration will be used – if you have changed/updated this email please contact the registrar and request it to be updated. (Please Note: the contact email may be associated with 1 or more members on a Family Plan)
If you are a qualifying Full Member and did not receive a notification please contact An Runai as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Financial Report: A copy of the draft financial accounts will be available for inspection in Cuala in advance of the meeting; further details will be posted here closer to the day. We encourage anyone who has any queries to direct them to direct them to the Treasurer John Lane johnglane@eircom.net, ideally in advance of the meeting so that adequate time is allowed for responses.
