DESCRIPTION:Cuala is inviting all women associated with the club – past and present players, parents, coaches, officers, and supporters to come together for a relaxed evening of conversation and connection.\nOver the past few years, the number of girls and women playing and volunteering in Cuala has grown enormously and females represent just under 50% of our registered players. Yet, when it comes to team management and coaching, women are still under-represented. This evening is about hearing your experiences and ideas on how we can change that – together.\nYou don’t need to be coaching or involved in a team to take part. Whether you’re curious, have ideas to share, or simply want to listen, your perspective matters.
