Its getting to AGM time again of the year so please try to attend and contribute.

Two ‘01 Camogie teams took part in a County Board organised Blitz in the Phoenix Park on Saturday last. A large number of teams from throughout Dublin took part in the Blitz. The Cuala teams acquitted themselves very well in all their matches.

No games or training for the juvenile girls last weekend due to the Bank Holiday.

This weekend the U13s (’96s) are back in action on Saturday against Raheny Gaels in an important camogie league game and in football on Sunday against Naomh Peregrines. U9s (’00s) have their final camogie league game on Sunday against Faughs. Training back to ‘normal’ for all juvenile girls groups next week following the mid term break. The U11 Boys Lions and Leopards footballers face a trip to Thomas Davis on Saturday morning. Victory will ensure at least a play off for the Division 1A League title and if other results go the right way they could be crowned as Champions on the day, adding to the U11 A Southside Cup they won back in May.

There will be a full meeting of the Juvenile Boys Committee on Tuesday evening nov 3rd at 9:30pm in the club. Each age group must send at least one representative.

The Juvenile Boys AGM will take place in the club on Thursday November 12th at 8:30pm.

Congratulations to Derek Dunne and the Cuala adult footballers who won the Loving Cup last Saturday afternoon in Hyde Park. Stat of the week, there was 21 years age difference between the first and second subs used last Saturday. Just shows – all are welcome :-)

The AGM of the Adult Games Section will take place on Monday, 9th November 2009, at 9:00 p.m. in the Committee Room at the Club. Motions for the Agenda and/or Motions seeking the support/sponsorship of the Adult Games Section for the Agenda of Cuala AGM to be forwarded in writing (e-mail or hard copy) to the Secretary, Pat Divilly (Pat@Divilly.com), by 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 4th November 2009. Nominations in writing for those who wish to take a working role on the Committee of the Adult Games Section to be seconded and forwarded to the Secretary of the Adult Games Committee by the same deadline. There are a range of roles requiring different skills and interests including Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Coiste Representative, Player Representatives, County Board Representatives. All Team Managers are ex-officio members of the Adult Games Committee.
