The scoreline does not do justice to the Cuala girls’ performance. They constantly threatened but were let down at the end and couldn’t finish. Full credit goes to the magnificent Ballyboden girls who are worthy champions. The half time score was 0-0 to 2-4, so we did have a better second half. Thanks to all the Under 16s who came to help us out. Good luck in 2012 to all the older girls who now proceed to the Senior team and a big welcome to all the under 16s who now merge with the younger current minors. We had a very good year: winning the Shield and being runners-up in Division 1 and can hold our heads high!
